Therapeutic Techniques & Materials used at SSC include:

Provides a clinically-proven methodology which combines Floor Time with developmental communication, language and speech theory and techniques.

Techniques developed by Dr. Vincent Carbone that focus on teaching language across the functional classes leading to a more spontaneous and complex language repertoire.

The diagnosis and treatment of sounds in isolation, words and conversation. A multi-sensory approach is used to correct sounds and processes.

An individualized program that assesses the underlying behavioral condition and provides a framework for choosing and implementing effective ways to meet those needs.

This approach focuses on helping children master the building blocks of relating, communicating and thinking.

A family-based approach to early language intervention for children. The essence of this approach is to encourage communication by indirect action.
